Cisca Pulmonary Critical Care is the practice of Alexis A. Vazquez, D.O. — a full-service pulmonary practice for COPD, asthma, allergies, sleep apnea, pulmonary hypertension, and early lung cancer screening.

Our goal is compassionate, unhurried care. We offer same-day appointments on most days at two convenient locations and maintain privileges at Memorial Hospital Jacksonville, Baptist Beaches Medical Center, and several nursing homes throughout the Jacksonville area.

A former professional tennis player turned physician, Dr. Vazquez graduated in the top ten percent of his class at Nova Southeastern University, served as Assistant Professor of Medicine at UF & Shands Jacksonville, and completed his Pulmonary and Critical Care fellowship at the Mayo Clinic. He has been recognized as one of Jacksonville Magazine’s Top Docs.
